Our graphic clothing is printed after you order. The black Wear Your Mood hoodie is produced and dispatched by our UK production partner, Print Clever.

UK delivery

The current standard UK delivery estimate for this hoodie is 4–8 business days from ordering. This allows for production and delivery; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Check any product-specific delivery information and the estimate shown at checkout before ordering.

Production demand, public holidays and carrier disruption can affect delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us so we can investigate. We will seek your agreement if a different delivery period is needed; delays do not remove your statutory rights. Unless we agree another delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.

Shipping charges and destinations

Our store is currently set up for UK orders. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to see whether delivery is available and the applicable shipping charge before paying. Shipping charges depend on the items, quantities and delivery address. An additional item may increase the shipping charge. We do not promise free or express delivery unless it is offered for your order at checkout.

Please check your address and postcode carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. We will try to help, but an address change may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.

Tracking and delivery problems

If tracking is available for your parcel, use the tracking information supplied for your order. For delayed, missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels, email weariloofficial@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate with our production and delivery partners and arrange the appropriate resolution. Please contact WEARILO for order support.

Cancellations and returns

Printing after you order does not remove cancellation rights for our standard designs. Read our Returns & Refunds policy for the process, deadlines and return postage information.
